Shipping and Returns
We currently operate in South Africa only.
Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your item if you are not happy with your online purchase. Kindly send an email to info@nicoleanneart.co.za with proof of purchase and include your reason for returning the item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
Kindly note that commissioned work is not returnable.
If you are shipping a return to us, please use a trackable shipping service with shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that your item will be delivered back to us. If the item is not returned to us, we cannot issue a refund.
